Mrs. Anna Kolotova was appointed new secretary of the Unified Europen Left Group in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, succeeding Mrs. Helena de Assis, who passed away on 25 September.
Mrs. Kolotova (Belgium) was born in Kiev, Ukraine, studied in Antwerp, Belgium and moved to Strasbourg to work for the Council of Europe.
