The images of lives lost and people injured in St. Petersburg are heart breaking. The UEL Group stands with Russia in the fight against the extremist groups and terrorists who continue to cause senseless harm to innocent people. One week earlier, Mr. Kox carried out a two-day working visit to St. Petersburg to address the issue of international terrorism.
