UEL chair Katrougalos welcomes the Windsor Framework
Georgios Katrougalos, PACE’s rapporteur on the impact of Brexit on human rights on the island of Ireland, has welcomed the Windsor Framework and urged a normalisation of the functioning of the Northern Ireland Executive.
